Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in Korea, accounting for one-fourth of all deaths.Gwangmyeong City also developed cardiovascular disease as the main cause of death, and the death rate from heart disease has increased from 39.6 per 100,000 people in 2015 to 48.7 in 2018.Gwangmyeong City, on the other hand, plans to establish a management system based on community health and medical resources through the high blood pressure and diabetes registration management project in July 2009 to support the timing of chronic diseases and reduce early mortality. Each chapter was separated by selecting each color for each section or applying it to the design.We worked on the entire text in Gothic style so that it doesn’t look complicated because there are many tables and sentences, and the titles and sub-titles were edited to make the font larger than the text and color it.
